We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the 9/11 Memorial Museum Store. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or address your package to our fulfillment center, then drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
